Desktop Support Engineer

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Install and configure Windows operating systems and business applications.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Configure Outlook, Microsoft Office, printers, scanners, and other office applications.
• Install antivirus software and ensure endpoint security compliance.
• Perform system upgrades, software updates, and regular maintenance.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to employees.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty claims.
• Perform data backup and recovery when required.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
