Job Description
We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers / Service Desk professionals for our Mumbai (Goregaon & BKC) office. Candidates will handle end-user IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and incident management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support and technical assistance to users
- Troubleshoot hardware, OS (Windows), and MS Office issues
- Handle basic networking (LAN, IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Manage incident tickets and service requests
- Maintain IT assets and documentation
Key Skills Required
- Desktop Support & Hardware Troubleshooting
- Windows OS & MS Office
- Basic Networking Knowledge
- Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (mandatory)
- Only Male candidates
- Must attend Face-to-Face interview in Mumbai
