Desktop Support Engineer

• Provide desktop and laptop support to end users
• Install configure and troubleshoot windows operating systems and desktop applications
• Must have one year experience in ticket handling
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer and basic network - related issues.
• Perform basic troubleshooting in linux environments
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team
• Maintain accurate documentation and update ticket status
• Deliver professional and customer - focused technical support.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Familiar with remote management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
