Desktop Support Engineer

• Provide L1 desktop and technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, desktops/laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Install and configure software, applications, and system updates.
• Handle basic LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Create, update, and close tickets through the helpdesk/ticketing system.
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and coordinate with vendors when required.
• Support user account, password, and basic Active Directory issues.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of user incidents and service requests.

Pay: ₹8,888.97 - ₹29,393.36 per month
