Desktop Support Engineer

Job Profile

• Responsible for preventive maintenance of Desktops, Printers, and any technical devices in the company.
• Responsible for installation and troubleshooting of Operating System, Desktops, Printer, Networking Device
• Responsible for Installation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of Desktops, and their operating system, Network devices, UPS, and Electrical and Telecommunication Equipment s.
• Responsible for Security Management (Configuration and Maintenance security, user account & password generation, antivirus, windows update,
• security policy, log files, patch upgrade, backup etc.
• Support other departments for technical queries.
• Operating system Antivirus software updates log in desktops laptops Installation, configuration and Email configuration in desktops laptop users
• Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Printer in desktops laptops FTP downloads Uploads.
• Network devices & LAN configuration, familiar with Office365 Portal.
• Designing Software like adobe photoshop, Matrix ,Rhino etc. installation .
• Procurement of new devices & creation of PO for the same.
• Assets Inventory management for entire IT Infra.
• Support for CCTV Installation & configuration.

Candidate Profile

• 5 - 7 years of experience handling the above profile
• Any Graduate with excellent communication and negotiation skills
