What they need
A client in the financial services space is looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join the team on an immediate basis, providing support across all users and working on project work to improve the IT environment.
You will have experience:
- Troubleshooting a wide range of technology issues, providing professional support through a service desk environment
- Be the POC from intake all the way through to resolution, able to act independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience creating documentation to assist other engineers with new or existing issues
- Work across a technology stack including Citrix, Azure, PowerShell, SCCM, Windows and Active Directory
The role is on a contract basis for six months initially, and will require 4 days on-site in Boston, apply now for immediate consideration.
