What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Provide technical support for Windows OS and MS Office applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Support users with IT-related technical problems.
- Maintain IT assets and update support records.
- Handle user queries and resolve technical issues within the required time.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, desktop hardware, and software troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, networking, and TCP/IP.
- Knowledge of MS Office and printer troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹8,900.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
