Desktop Support Engineer

Health Meter Services is looking for a Desktop Engineer to join our IT team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide L1/L2 support to employees

* Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and software issues

* Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting

* Basic LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP & VPN support

* Microsoft 365 / Office troubleshooting

* IT asset management and system allocation

* User onboarding & offboarding support

* Vendor coordination for IT hardware and services

* Maintain IT documentation, tickets and asset records

* Ensure timely resolution of IT issues and adherence to IT security policies

Candidate Profile:

* 2–4 years of experience in Desktop / IT Support

* Strong hands-on knowledge of Windows and computer hardware

* Basic networking knowledge

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

* Good communication and coordination skills

* Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred
