Desktop Support Engineer

• 2+ years of working experience in desktop / end-user IT support, enterprise IT helpdesk experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows OS, MS Office, PC/laptop hardware and peripherals (printer, scanner, monitor).
• Familiar with Active Directory, domain join, group policy, user account permission management.
• Experience handling IT service ticketing system, good at documenting incidents and tracking tickets to closure.
• Basic knowledge of endpoint security, Windows patch management, software deployment.
• Good communication skills, able to communicate with end-users clearly; patient to resolve daily IT issues.
• Able to work under pressure, prioritize multiple support requests.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field; relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, MCP) are a plus.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues for end-user desktops/laptops and peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.).
• Install, configure, upgrade and repair operating systems, Office suite and enterprise office applications.
• Respond to IT service tickets for desktop support requests, log issues and follow up until closure.
• Prepare devices for new hires including system pre-installation and asset registration; recover and wipe data from devices of departing employees.
• Troubleshoot issues related to domain accounts, local accounts, permissions and desktop group policies.
• Perform routine endpoint maintenance and regular inspections, promote desktop standardization and prevent recurring incidents.
• Collaborate with the IT team to deploy system patches and security software, ensuring endpoint security.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
