What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and computer systems.
- Provide support for Windows, MS Office 365, Outlook, and other applications.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and system access.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Handle antivirus, security updates, system maintenance, and data backups.
- Provide support for printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Manage IT assets, helpdesk tickets, and remote support.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and MS Office 365.
- Hands-on experience with networking and Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
