Help Desk Technician (L2 Support)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician with 2+ years of experience to provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot user problems, manage support tickets, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve help desk tickets efficiently.
• Provide support via phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and support applications and peripherals.
• Guide users with clear, step-by-step solutions.
• Document issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Follow up with users to ensure issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong L2 troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking.
• Experience with Windows, MacOS, and iOS devices.
• Knowledge of remote troubleshooting tools and ticketing systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests.

Preferred

• MCSE or equivalent Microsoft certification, CCNA certification pref.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
