About the Role:

We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide on-site technical support in Fort Mitchell, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site desktop and technical support to end users
• Configure, install, and deploy computer hardware and related equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
• Respond to and manage support tickets using a ticketing system (ServiceNow preferred)
• Assist with workstation setup, upgrades, and replacements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and technical assistance

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with computer setup, configuration, and installation
• Knowledge of desktop hardware and software support
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively under pressure
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
