Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripheral devices.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and operating system issues.
Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Windows, Microsoft 365, email, and business applications.
Configure and support user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Manage IT asset inventory and maintain accurate equipment records.
Install software updates, patches, and security applications.
Support onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams when required.
Maintain helpdesk tickets and document resolutions in accordance with IT procedures.
Assist with network troubleshooting, VPN connectivity, and remote user support.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.
