The candidate should possess excellent communication skills along with strong technical expertise in end-user IT support. Key skills required include:
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshooting
- Experience in Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Hands-on experience in printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and ability to provide L1 network support
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to support end users effectively
- Willingness to work in shift operations, including rotational shifts if required
