What they need
- Provide L1 desktop and end-user technical support.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, laptops/desktops, printers, hardware and software issues.
- Support MS Outlook, Office 365, email and basic network/connectivity issues.
- Perform password resets, user account/access support and basic Active Directory tasks.
- Install/configure applications, OS and system peripherals.
- Handle tickets through ServiceNow/ITSM and meet SLA requirements.
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, LAN and remote-access issues.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- Desktop support: 1 year (Required)
