Desktop Support Engineer L1

Hi All,

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L1 with hands-on experience in onsite/floor support and troubleshooting end-user IT issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 desktop and floor support to end users.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktops and laptops.
• Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 / Office 365 and Outlook/email.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer and peripheral issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Provide basic Video Conferencing (VC) setup and troubleshooting.
• Handle software installation, configuration and basic application issues.
• Maintain support tickets and update issue-resolution records.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/System/Network teams.
• Provide support in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
