What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite desktop and laptop support to users
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and applications
- Handle hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN)
- Manage user accounts, password resets, and email configuration
- Perform software installation, updates, and system maintenance
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Maintain IT asset records and documentation
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets as per SLA
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
