- Provide Level 1 desktop support to end users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Configure Outlook email clients and perform basic configuration tasks on Windows operating systems.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and perform minor repairs or escalate complex problems to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Perform remote support sessions using various tools such as TeamViewer or Remote Desktop Connection.
