Desktop Support Engineer L2

Experience: 5–6 Years
Qualification: Graduate (B.Sc., B.Tech, BCA) or 3-Year Regular Diploma in Electronics Engineering/Computer Science

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop and laptop hardware & software support.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues.
• Run OEM diagnostic tools to identify hardware faults.
• Replace defective desktop/laptop components as required.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Coordinate with users to resolve technical issues within SLA.
• Ensure timely closure of support tickets and maintain documentation.

Required Skills:

• 5–6 years of experience in Desktop Support or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools.
• Experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and part replacement.
• Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
