Desktop Support Engineer L2

Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer L2 who has experience in Windows environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Outlook, Teams, VPN, printers, and business applications .
• Handle and resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk/L1 team.
• Perform troubleshooting of hardware, software, OS, network, and connectivity issues .
• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications .
• Support endpoint management tools such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, or similar tools .
• Perform software installation, patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities, including system setup and access provisioning.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate laptop/desktop allocation and replacement
• Monitor and resolve tickets according to SLA and priority .

• Location : Thane, Vikhroli
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Joining: Immediate / ASAP
• Shift: General Shift ,Monday to Saturday (6 Days) (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, as per site requirements)/Onsite
