Desktop Support Engineers

Key requirements:

• Onsite technical support for client personnel, customers, and service providers.
• IMAC services, including hardware break/fix, upgrades, and data migration.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of hardware/software incidents.
• Ticket management, documentation, escalation, and SLA adherence.
• Asset management and inventory-related activities.
• Conference room setup and support.
• VoIP telephone provisioning and deployment.
• Coordination with IT infrastructure and service desk teams for incident resolution.
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, VPN/Citrix, and remote support tools.
• Ability to perform basic root-cause analysis and determine the appropriate resolution path.
• Ability to work independently while following established processes and procedures.
• Ability to handle and move IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers.
• Good teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor other technicians when required.
