Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Specialist to serve as a trusted technical resource across our client's enterprise environment. This role will play a critical part in resolving hardware and software issues, supporting technology deployments, and delivering excellent service to users at every level of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide deskside, phone, and email support to users in an enterprise environment
• Support a range of technology, including hardware, software, Office 365, and PC deployments
• Deliver support to users across all levels of the business
• Provide excellent customer service in resolving technical issues
• Assist with projects to migrate outdated hardware and technology to current platforms

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of desktop support experience in a Windows/Microsoft environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite five days per week

Preferred:

• Experience with hardware refresh projects
• Experience supporting a manufacturing floor environment
• Experience with a ticketing system
