Desktop Support Specialist

Spotlight is working on a 2-month contract Desktop Support Technician role with a national commercial equipment service company in Fishers, IN. This role is fully on-site and is a tier 1/2 support position covering the local office, with a start date in late October.

Key Skills

* Ability to independently support an office as the sole on-site IT resource

* Work and document tickets in a ticketing system, escalating to tier 2/3 teams as needed

* Troubleshoot monitors, phones, headsets, docking stations, printers, and other peripherals

* Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and handle basic Active Directory administration

* Support Windows OS and Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)

* Strong communication skills when working directly with end users
