Desktop Support Team Lead/ Field Engineer(Urgent Hiring!)

Position: Desktop Engineer Team Lead (Singaporean Only~)

Place : West Region Science Park

Basic Salary: $3000~$4000 + Additional Shift Allowances: $20

Contract : 2 years renewable

Working Days & Working Hours : Monday To Friday : 8am to 6:30pm (3 rotating schedule start from 8am/8.30am/9am)

Job Scope Description & Responsibilities :

• Assist the Supervisors in overseeing operations, including staffing, scheduling and performance management
• On-Site Team Lead to ensure SLA/KPI is met
• Ensures and monitor the team lead quality delivery by having pleasant end to end customer experience and a highly efficient off-site remote support IT support process
• Strategize with team in providing increasing ability to resolve requests on the first contract
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues in a timely manner meeting SLA.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance IT Concierge Service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance IT Concierge Service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in developing and implementing an effective knowledge-based process to capture and grow knowledge of current IT application and self-help services.

Requirement :

• With at least 2 years of Team Lead experience managing the operations and able to handle a team of 12 members.
• Team lead experience in Tech Bar environment will be an added advantage
• Possess good communication skills & interpersonal skill
• Must be Local as need to cleared CAT 2A

Position 2: Field Engineer (Urgent Hiring!)

Place : Changi Airport

Basic Salary: $2600~$2800 + Additional Shift Allowances: $300

Contract : 1 year renewable

Working Days & Working Hours : 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM - 12 hrs Max work per day)

Job Scope Description & Responsibilities :

• Attend to and perform daily support, maintenance and troubleshooting onsite and offsite
• Provide on site support for various systems, network and desktop troubleshooting, to ensure that the service meets the SLA
• To work with product team on any system enhancement or troubleshooting.

Requirements :

• Diploma in IT or relevant discipline.
• Open to Nationality who stay in Singapore and Johor Bahru will be given priority, Must relocate in SG! (Mandarin speaker to deal with China-speaking client is preferrable)
• Prefer experience in desktop support and good working knowledge in Windows OS, Basic Networking.
• Experience in customer support environment will be advantageous.
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills, with strong customer-oriented attitude and inter-personal skills, Willing to travel to multiple sites
• Willing to work alternate shift hours: 2 days work and 2 days off rotational shift (AM Shift: 8AM to 8PM; PM Shift 8PM to 8AM)
