Our client, a leading investment management firm, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to join its San Francisco office. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of IT support experience who is professional, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and technology issues
• Configure and deploy laptops, workstations, mobile devices, and user accounts
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Zoom, and conference room technology
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Deliver high-touch support to employees across the organization
• Assist with hardware deployments, office moves, and IT projects
• Document procedures and contribute to process improvements

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of desktop support, help desk, or technical support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting laptops, printers, mobile devices, and AV/meeting technology
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and take ownership
