  • Be a main point of contact for the help desk call group, responding to inquiries and requests for assistance on the phone, via email, in person, or through remote access.

  • Install and maintain local area network hardware and software to ensure that systems are functional and ready for use at the beginning of the workday.

  • Respond to the needs and questions of network users concerning their access to resources on the network and the operation of software programs.

  • Install, repair and upgrade computer equipment including workstations, printers, and phones.

  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for workstations, printers, and copier repair.

  • Train users in software and equipment usage. Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers correctly.

  • Travel to and between all bank locations on a regular basis.
