Desktop Support Training Program

Role Overview: This is an intensive, one-year or less training program designed to equip young adults with technical and professional skills to launch their careers.

Responsibilities include: Providing in-classroom skill development in areas such as Business Operations, IT Support, Financial Operations, Banking, Project Management, and Customer Success.

Additional duties: Facilitating access to internships and job placement services through a leading talent placement firm, offering personalized coaching, mentorship, and support to prepare participants for employment or further education.

Qualifications and skills required: High school diploma or GED, eligibility to work in the U.S., motivation to learn, and availability Monday through Friday. Candidates should have not obtained a Bachelor's degree and may undergo additional screening.

Benefits of the role: Participants gain professional communication, networking, and resume skills, along with ongoing support. During internships, students earn a weekly stipend of $525.

Outcome: Graduates are prepared for employment or further education, with 72% employed or enrolled within four months and an average starting salary of $55,000 annually.
