Despatch receiving

Nancefield Paints is looking for a reliable, organised, and hardworking Despatch and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, checking, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stock accurately and efficiently. Duties include verifying incoming deliveries against invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes, inspecting stock for damages or discrepancies, ensuring accurate stock records, preparing customer and branch orders for dispatch, loading and offloading goods, assisting with stocktaking, and maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment. The candidate must ensure that the correct products and quantities are received and dispatched, complete all relevant documentation, report stock shortages or damages, and follow company procedures and health and safety regulations. Applicants should preferably have Grade 12/Matric, with previous experience in despatch, receiving, warehousing or stock control being an advantage. The ideal candidate must have good numerical and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, good communication abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate must be physically fit, honest, punctual, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From R5 890,00 per month
