Despatch Team Member - Full Time - Darwin

At Amart, we believe every home tells a story, one filled with heart, life and personality. Our Despatch Team Members help bring those stories to life, working behind the scenes with strength, care and genuine connection. If you’re someone who loves staying active, loves people and enjoys being part of a supportive team, this is where you’ll feel right at home.

About the Role

Despatch is where precision meets people. It’s physical, fast-paced and deeply rewarding, the kind of work where you can see the impact you’re making every day.

You’ll be:

• Handling heavy lifting and coordinating stock movement with care
• Creating seamless, confident customer pick-up experiences
• Keeping despatch organised, safe and efficient
• Working collaboratively in a tight, supportive team
• Championing safe work habits to protect yourself and others

There’s a quiet satisfaction that comes from helping a customer load the final piece that completes their home. It’s meaningful work and for the right person, it’s energising.

About You

You’re the kind of person who sets the tone in a team; focused, reliable, steady and generous with your effort. You communicate with respect, you collaborate naturally and you know how to maintain momentum even on busy days.

You’ll thrive here if you:

• Enjoy physical, hands-on work
• Work well in small, tight-knit teams
• Have a balanced mix of grit and heart
• Take feedback as fuel, not criticism
• Bring professionalism to every interaction
• Hold yourself to a high standard of safety and care
