Dessert Maker/Dispather

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Dessert Preparation: Measure, mix, freeze, and plate chilled items like ice cream, gelato, sorbets, and cold dessert specials following standard recipes.
• Station Management: Organize, stock, and clean the cold dessert or pastry counter, freezers, and refrigerators.
• Quality & Order Checks: Inspect plating presentation, portion sizes, and order accuracy before dispatch or service.
• Customer Service & Counter Operations: Take customer orders, serve items at the counter, and handle cash or digital transactions when required.
• Equipment Maintenance: Operate and sanitize batch freezers, blenders, chillers, and specialized cold-kitchen tools
