Dessert Shop Staff

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Dessert Shop Staff to join , Located in Lucky China Town Binondo, Manila City. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences in our bustling dessert shop. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for serving delicious desserts and beverages whilst maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, presentation and customer service. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the success of our establishment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment
• Take accurate orders for desserts, beverages and other menu items, ensuring customer preferences and dietary requirements are noted
• Prepare and serve desserts and drinks according to shop standards and recipes, maintaining consistent quality
• Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and process payments securely
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the service area, including tables, counters and equipment
• Stock and rotate inventory, ensuring adequate supplies of desserts, cups, napkins and other service materials
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery during peak hours
• Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients

What we're looking for

• Fresh Graduate or has a previous experience in hospitality, food service or customer-facing roles is desirable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Attention to detail, particularly regarding food presentation and customer order accuracy
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift items safely
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
