Dessert Supervisor

About the role

WHIPPED is looking for a hands-on Supervisor who will oversee daily store operations, maintain product quality standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience. This role will work closely with the owners and R&D team to execute recipes, improve processes, and help build a strong store culture from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth service flow
• Lead and support service crew during opening, peak hours, and closing
• Monitor staffing, scheduling, and task delegation
• Ensure compliance with store policies, cleanliness, and food safety standards
• Ensure all crepes, beverages, and desserts are prepared consistently according to WHIPPED standards
• Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients, presentation, and customer orders
• Monitor portion control and minimize product wastage
• Train, coach, and motivate service crew members
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment needs
• Work closely with the owners on operational improvements

About you

• At least 2 years experience in food service, café, restaurant, dessert shop, or similar environment
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be hands-on in all areas of store operations
• Passion for food, desserts, and customer experience
