Destination Operations Agent

Krabi Spesialisten and its Transfer Spesialisten Department are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Destination Operations Agent to support our transport and tour operations.

This role is the backbone of our operations team, responsible for accurately converting travel bookings into our internal system, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every service is prepared to the highest standard.

You will act as a key link between travel agents, internal teams, and operational staff, ensuring all bookings are processed efficiently and without error.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking & Data Accuracy: Accurately input and manage bookings in the system, ensuring all travel details, routes, and rates are correctly recorded
• Logistics Coordination: Prebook and organise all transport services (land and sea), ensuring every journey is fully prepared for execution
• Operational Efficiency: Maintain a zero-backlog workflow by processing all bookings and inquiries on the same day in coordination with the wider team
• Quality Control: Participate in booking audits to ensure accuracy and prevent operational issues before dispatch
• Communication: Act as a key link between travel agents, internal teams, and operations, ensuring clear and timely responses
• Prioritisation: Manage and prioritise bookings based on urgency, complexity, and operational impact

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Strong administrative or operations experience (tourism, logistics, or hospitality preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Confident using booking systems or willingness to learn new platforms

Desirable

• Experience in tourism, travel agencies, or destination management
• Familiarity with reservation systems
• Understanding of Southern Thailand destinations and logistics

Working Conditions

• Primary work location: Main office in Krabi
• Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts within operating hours (8:00 AM – 9:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays during peak periods
• Environment: Fast-paced, high-volume office setting requiring extended use of booking systems and digital communication tools
