Position: Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
Department: Production / Quality / Maintenance / Manufacturing
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile / Mechatronics / Production Engineering
Experience: Freshers / 02 years

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and follow manufacturing processes and work instructions.
• Support daily production activities and achieve production targets.
• Monitor machines, equipment, and process parameters.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring instruments.
• Follow 5S, Kaizen, SOP, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain production and quality-related records.
• Identify process abnormalities and report them to supervisors.
• Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and other departments.
• Follow company safety policies and PPE requirements.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / CNC / PLC / GD&T can be an advantage depending on the role.
• Basic understanding of quality tools and measuring instruments.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
