• Qualification – ITI /Diploma – Mechanical / Machinist / Tool & Die / Production
• Location– Indore, M.P.
• Experience – 0 to 2 years

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, set, and program CNC Turning & VMC Vertical Milling machines.
• Perform machine setting, tool setting, tool/work offset, and fixture setting.
• Create/edit programs using G-code & M-code.
• Read engineering drawings and understand dimensions & tolerances.
• Select cutting tools, inserts, feeds, and machining parameters.
• Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring, tapping, milling, and slotting operations.
• Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
• Troubleshoot basic machine, tooling, and programming issues.
• Follow quality, safety, 5S, and production requirements.

Skills Required

• CNC/VMC setting & programming, G/M Codes, tool/work offsets, drawing reading, measuring instruments, and knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi controllers.
