Job Description Crain Ford of Little Rock is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, polished, and prepared to the highest standards before delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any cosmetic defects and report any issues to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
• Ensure all vehicles are ready for customer delivery in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety and environmental regulations related to vehicle detailing.
• Assist with other dealership duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Detailer or in a similar role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques for vehicle detailing.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
