Detailer/Lot Attendant

GQ Motorsports is hiring an experienced, dependable Detailer / Lot Manager who takes pride in their work and understands that the little details make a big difference.

This is a hands-on, dual-role position. You’ll professionally detail our inventory and, when you’re not detailing, keep our lot clean, organized, and ready for customers. We provide all necessary detailing equipment.

What You’ll Do

Automotive Detailing

• Perform thorough interior and exterior detailing to prepare vehicles for sale.
• Professionally cut and buff paint, using proper techniques to protect vehicle finishes.
• Inspect your finished work to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
• Keep detailing equipment, supplies, and your work area clean and organized.

Lot Management

• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of our dealership lot.
• Keep inventory vehicles straight, aligned, and neatly positioned.
• Pick up vehicles from vendors and auctions.
• Ensure vehicle keys are returned to their designated locations and accounted for at all times.
• Work with the team to keep daily dealership operations running smoothly.

What We Require

• At least 3 years of professional detailing experience with a reputable detailing company. Self-employed detailers must provide before-and-after videos demonstrating their work.
• Proven ability to professionally cut and buff a vehicle.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Strong organization skills and close attention to detail.
• Pride in your workmanship and a commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• A team-player attitude and willingness to move between detailing and lot responsibilities.

Preferred: Ability to drive a manual transmission. This is helpful but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
