Detailing Operations Manager

Job Summary

REVX Mobile Detail Group is hiring an Detailing Operations Manager for the Goldsboro and Greenville areas. We are looking for an experienced, organized leader to oversee field operations, manage logistics, coordinate mobile routes, and supervise our team lead and detail techs.

What You Will Do

Coordinate daily field logistics, technician tracking, and mobile route schedules across all regional markets.

Act as the primary operational support and leadership anchor, overseeing our team lead and detail techs.

Enforce quality control standards, review field performance, and ensure efficient day-to-day execution.

Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness to support detail techs.

Review daily appointment tickets, track operational costs, and audit service completion reports to ensure profitability and accountability.

Requirements

2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in operations, logistics, automotive, retail, or service industries.

Exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, and a high level of accountability.

Must have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record (required to float between Goldsboro and Greenville locations).

Ability to operate autonomously and manage a multi-site mobile operation.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (Based on experience) + performance incentives/bonuses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Hours: Full-time flexibility based on operational volume (Core hours: Friday to Saturday peak days mandatory)

Mobile / In-person across Goldsboro and Greenville

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
