Detection Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and other security surveillance systems in real time.
• Identify and promptly report suspicious activities, security incidents, safety hazards, and unauthorized access.
• Respond to security alerts and coordinate with security personnel and relevant teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports for all observed or reported security events.
• Review and retrieve CCTV footage when requested for security investigations or incident verification.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and other critical locations within the facility.
• Escalate incidents according to established security procedures and protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with security officers, facility teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive security information and surveillance footage.
• Perform routine checks of CCTV equipment and report any technical issues or system malfunctions.
• Follow company security policies, emergency procedures, and applicable safety standards.
• Support security investigations by providing relevant observations, footage, and documentation when required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, college degree, or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, surveillance, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain alert during extended monitoring periods.
• Good communication and incident-reporting skills.
• Ability to assess situations quickly and escalate concerns appropriately.
• Comfortable working with CCTV, monitoring systems, computers, and other security-related technology.
• Able to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
