Detergent Production Specialist

• Develop and optimize detergent formulations, ensuring superior cleaning performance and stability while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Costing & Viability
• Oversee the entire production process, from raw material sourcing to finished product packaging, to guarantee efficiency and quality.
• Conduct rigorous quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final products, identifying and resolving any deviations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and product defects.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in detergent or household chemical manufacturing.
• Proven expertise in surfactant chemistry, formulation science, and chemical process engineering.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO and relevant industry regulations.
