Job Description We are seeking a Dev Escalation Engineer (L4) with strong expertise in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, backend development, and Kubernetes . The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex production issues, performing root cause analysis, implementing code fixes, and improving application stability and performance. This is primarily a development-focused role with limited support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex production issues affecting business-critical applications.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent issue recurrence.
• Analyze application logs, traces, and monitoring data to identify defects and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop, test, and deploy code fixes and enhancements in C#/.NET applications.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot application deployments and runtime issues in Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor application health and contribute to system reliability and stability improvements.
• Participate in incident management activities and ensure adherence to SLA commitments.
• Document findings, solutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve debugging, monitoring, and operational processes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in software development and production issue resolution.
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Solid understanding of backend application development and REST APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized application environments.
• Strong expertise in production debugging, log analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in root cause analysis, code fixes, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with incident management processes and SLA-driven environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar.
