Dev Ops Engineer - Secret

For our client, we are seeking a Dev Ops Engineer - Secret to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will focus on building and sustaining secure automation practices that support reliable operations across technical environments. You will work closely with internal and external teams to document processes, strengthen system performance, and improve day-to-day operational execution. The position also involves providing technical guidance, supporting project teams, and helping maintain continuity across remote operations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $181,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a DevOps framework for server automation
• Document DevOps processes for internal and external teams
• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting across environments
• Provide technical support and train project teams
• Support remote operations and occasional travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or advanced degree
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related fields
• Active Secret Clearance
• U.S. citizenship required
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible or Salt
• Familiarity with containerized architectures like Kubernetes
