What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Python and Django

- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into our platform (e.g., APIs, automation, Agentic workflows)

- Contribute to front-end development, ensuring intuitive and high-quality UX/UI

- Build and deploy scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Collaborate with our tech team to define, design, and ship new features

- Optimize performance, reliability, and security of applications

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices

Requirements

- Senior experience as a Software Developer (freelance or full-time)

- Strong proficiency in Python and the Django framework

- Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools or integrations (e.g., APIs, LLMs, Agents)

- Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Htmx)

- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to translate them into clean, user-friendly interfaces

- Enthusiast with AI-assisted coding practices

- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows

- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality code on time

Nice to Have

- Experience with containerization (Docker)

- Experience designing or contributing to product UX/UI from concept to implementation

- Previous work in startups or fast-paced environments
