Not everyone is comfortable handling customer concerns over the phone. If you're more confident with written communication, enjoy typing, and can manage several tasks at once, you may be looking for a customer service role that better matches those strengths.

This Chat Support Representative opportunity allows you to assist customers through live chat, provide clear and accurate information, and develop practical customer service and problem-solving skills. Previous BPO or call center experience is not required.

What You'll Do

You'll communicate with customers through live chat and help address their questions, requests, and concerns.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers through live chat
• Providing clear, professional, and accurate responses
• Answering questions and resolving customer concerns
• Handling account, product, or service inquiries
• Processing customer requests and updates
• Managing multiple chat conversations when required
• Documenting customer interactions accurately
• Escalating complex concerns when needed
• Following chat support procedures and service standards
• Meeting quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals

Develop Your Customer Service Skills

If you're new to BPO, you'll receive paid training starting Day 1 to help you learn the account, systems, and customer service processes.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No BPO or call center experience required
• Fresh graduates and first-time job seekers are welcome
