Developer Advocate - Reinforcement Learning

For our client, we are seeking a Developer Advocate - Reinforcement Learning to join the team of a leader in the Telecommunications & Hardware space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,000 – $287,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Create impactful content such as demos, blogs, and videos to engage with developers and researchers
• Collaborate with product marketing to launch technology and share code with the community
• Participate on the company’s public channels to assist developers and promote application building
• Present at trade shows and conferences, potentially requiring travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3 years of engineering experience
• World-class communication and presentation skills
• Experience presenting to technical audiences and writing developer-facing content
• Ability to design and implement Reinforcement learning and post-training pipelines
• Strong programming skills with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, and NeMo-RL
• Ability to prioritize in evolving project environments
