Context
We are looking for a developer to build and integrate an AI support chatbot into a SaaS marketing site and app dashboard. The chatbot will assist customers by answering questions using existing documentation such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, and API docs, while escalating complex issues to human support.
Missions
- Connect the chatbot to existing documentation using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) or similar approach
- Design the conversation flow and implement guardrails
- Integrate the chatbot into the web app as a widget or embedded chat
- Set up basic analytics to track usage and common questions
