What they need
About us
Agentic Intelligence builds the intelligence layer for business: AI agents and workflow automation that turn messy real-world processes into measurable outcomes. We run production platforms with real clients and real users, currently across property, automotive, financial services, construction and health & safety.
The shape of the work
Models write all of the code we ship. That makes judgment the scarce thing: deciding what to build, knowing when an agent's output is reliable enough to put in front of a user, spotting the clever solution that won’t work in production, and shipping the version that creates value for the end customer.
You'll design, build and operate AI-powered products end-to-end. APIs, data models, agent workflows, evals, and the UI. You'll own product surface rather than tickets, sit with the people who use the software, and take ownership over your decisions.
What you'll do
- Drive AI coding agents hard, review what they give you, own what you merge.
- Implement tool calling, planning and eval harnesses that keep agents reliable.
- Integrate third-party systems: CRMs, portals, telephony, payments, document stores.
- Ship observable code: logging, tracing, feature flags, tests, CI/CD.
- Work with domain experts to turn user stories into deliverables and measurable outcomes.
Where you'd land
We're hiring at every level, and the two ends of that look different.
Early in your career. Our best early-career engineers were shipping product surface within hours, running their own client conversations inside a week. The way that happens is being handed work beyond you and being told the truth quickly about how it went. What we look for is evidence you build things without being asked.
Senior. We want someone to help steer. Making architecture calls quickly without clear requirements, going by your gut and living with it. Our teams ship more code in a week than a traditional firm does in a year, so be prepared to keep up. You'd work alongside our lead engineer and tech lead rather than above them, and you're on the tools, guiding agents to writing code.
Who this is for
- You use AI tools constantly and understand their capabilities and limitations.
- You run yourself and can self-manage. Nobody sets your day, and you'll be trusted early here.
- You keep the customer in view. You want to understand how they work, hear their feedback directly, and judge your work by whether it made their job easier.
- You learn fast and ask for help when you need it.
- You proactively seek feedback.
- You've shipped a product that other people use.
Who this isn't for
- You'd rather be handed the answer than take initiative to find it.
- AI-driven development feels like cheating.
- You require a structured work environment.
- You prefer working from home.
How to apply
We hire for attitude first, not for your hard-skills. We’re all in on AI and we want to hear from you not your Agent, one human written sentence is better than a page of agent slop.
- One thing you shipped that you personally owned. Include a link and a description. Tell us what it does, who uses it, where you failed on it, and what you'd do if you started again.
- Two or three sentences on why this role.
- CV and GitHub.
Other offers great for you!
