Developer & Automation Expert

Job Summary:
We're in the market for a skilled Developer & Automation Expert with deep, practical n8n expertise to design, build, and own end-to-end automations and data workflows throughout the business. This mid-to-senior position needs a real developer and automations expert who brings proven software architecture know-how, confidence across multiple databases, and a rigorous approach to documentation. The right hire owns automation projects completely, from first concept to deployment, and enjoys building dependable, well-structured systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own every automation project A to Z, covering planning, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Connect and integrate tools throughout our stack, including Supabase, Airtable, and GreenAPI
• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows in n8n
• Architect and look after databases
• Take on data engineering tasks and keep data moving cleanly and reliably between systems
• Produce clear, comprehensive documentation for every development and workflow
• Follow CI/CD best practices across deployment and release processes
• Work in Git for version control and collaborative development
• Troubleshoot, fine-tune, and steadily improve existing automations and data pipelines

Mandatory Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Proven background in software architecture
• Experience working across multiple databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, Supabase)
• Extensive experience building automations and workflows in n8n
• Working understanding of CI/CD pipelines and processes
• Strong command of Git and version control workflows
• Solid data engineering fundamentals
• Ability to write clear, detailed technical documentation
• Precise, dependable, and comfortable operating solo
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Practical Airtable experience
• History of building automations for multiple business functions
• Ability to handle several development projects at once
• Proven record of owning complete development lifecycles independently
