DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Development Engineer to join our technology team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain reliable and scalable software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Learn and implement new technologies, tools, and software development practices.
• Contribute to improving application quality, performance, and reliability.
• Follow software development best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of at least one programming language, such as Python, JavaScript, or any other programming language.
• Understanding of fundamental Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
• Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience or exposure to one or more of the following is an added advantage:

• MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js) with AI LLM coding experience.
• AI tools that improve software development productivity.
• Cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• SQL and NoSQL database systems.
• Version control systems such as Git.
• Open-source projects or contributions.
• Debugging and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• HTML and JavaScript.
• Modern software development frameworks and technologies.
