Job Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement analysis and complete assigned module development, unit testing and version iteration for various software projects; deliver tasks on schedule and ensure stable function deployment.
• Follow team technical specifications and existing architecture designs to implement business logic accurately; assist in optimizing basic code logic and minor system bottlenecks to improve module stability and readability.
• Identify, troubleshoot and fix conventional functional bugs and minor performance issues; cooperate with the team to resolve online and testing-level technical problems.
• Maintain clean, structured and version-controlled code files; add standard and clear comments to core and complex code segments to ensure basic readability and maintainability for team collaboration.
• Comply with unified team development standards, accept code review feedback, and revise non-standard code implementations to improve overall code quality.
• Proactively learn unfamiliar technical knowledge required by projects to ensure accurate and complete requirement implementation.
• Reasonably assess personal task workloads and development timelines, and strictly follow planned schedules to deliver tasks on time.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or other relevant technical disciplines.
• 1–3 years of professional software development experience.
• Familiar with mainstream technical stacks (Java / Go / Python / Vue / React / .NET) and common development frameworks, with practical project usage experience.
• Able to complete basic database design, standard SQL writing and simple index optimization; familiar with basic transaction and data processing logic.
• Possess basic understanding of microservices, distributed architecture, caching and message queue applications.
• Able to debug code, locate common program exceptions and fix conventional functional and performance problems.
• Proficient in AI development tools and vibe coding practices to boost development speed, streamline implementation and iterate solutions efficiently while maintaining consistent code quality and standards.
• Basic experience in participating in complete software project development and iteration.
• Able to independently complete conventional module development tasks under team guidance.
• More experience will be considered as Senior Developer
